HOP hosts several fundraising events throughout the school year to support various programs. Your participation in these events helps make many of our initiatives possible. Here’s a look at our annual fundraisers:

HOP Fundraising EventS

  • Auction (March 29): Our largest fundraiser of the year, this adult-only event features dinner, exciting auction items, and dancing. It’s a great night out supporting our school!
  • Book Fair (Fall): Running for one week, students will create wish lists during their library time. Parents are encouraged to attend and purchase gifts if desired. Please remember, there is no pressure to buy.
  • Fun Run (Spring): This is an exciting event where students come together as a community in an active way to raise funds for our school. Funds raised from the Fun Run will go directly towards supporting enrichment activities at Haynes, including favorites like Haunted Haynes, Whalemobile, and the Hatching Out celebration!

The generosity of the Haynes community at these events helps HOP sponsor many enriching programs, including:

  • Science Enrichment: Workshops and programs that complement the grade-level science curriculum with hands-on experiences to deepen understanding.
  • Cultural Arts and All-School Performances: Programs designed to expose students to a variety of cultural experiences, including theater, music, visual arts, writing, and dance.

5th Grade Fundraisers

Our 5th graders also organize fundraisers throughout the year to support their end-of-year celebration and graduation ceremony.

Thank you for your support and participation in these events, which help make Haynes a vibrant and enriching community!
