The Haynes Auction — one of our biggest fundraisers — is set for March 21 at Sanctuary in Maynard, and now we’re looking for a few key people to help bring this night to life!

We’re seeking volunteers with interest or skills in the following areas:

Party & Event Planning
If you love thinking about food, drinks, music, décor, or night-of logistics, we’d love your help shaping the look and feel of the event.

Solicitors & Auction Platform Support
We’re also looking for people who can assist with outreach for donations and managing the auction platform that keeps the event running smoothly.

And we’re still searching for a Curriculum Celebration Chair to help coordinate the grade-level celebration days that make Haynes shine.
